Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving the successful launch and sustained growth of Rezdiffra in their assigned region. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the RSM will lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to maximize product uptake, build long‑term relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and execute local sales strategies in alignment with national priorities.

In this role, the RSM will demonstrate patient focus in every decision, act with an owner mindset, champion innovation, and foster collaboration to deliver impact and contribute to Madrigal’s purpose of leading the fight against MASH.
