About the Role:

To lead and build a high-impact Oncology division by driving clinical adoption, strategic growth, and market leadership in advanced cancer care technologies.

This role demands a clinical-first commercial leader who can work closely with oncologists, Urologist, Interventional Radiologist, Onco-surgeons, and hospital leadership , ensuring successful adoption of:

• Prostate Cancer Diagnostics (MRI-US Fusion Biopsy)
• HIFU, Fusion Cryoablation, Reversible Electroporation
• Advanced oncology devices and capital equipment
