Position Overview
**What you will do-**
Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Endoscopy line in a region that covers the Metropolitan areas of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, driving growth while ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence.
+ Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
+ Set territories, quotas, and targets for indirect channels and direct sales teams.
+ Drive forecasting, reporting, and demand planning, contributing to IBP discussions.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, HMOs, and key institutions.
+ Lead territory business reviews, sales meetings, and performance follow-ups.
+ Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for the assigned territory.
+ Ensure full compliance with Stryker policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
