Primary Duties & Responsibilities
β’ Sells company products through distributors and/or direct sales (Italy, Austria and Switzerland).
β’ Provides market research for the targeted markets with recommendation of potential partners.
β’ Is responsible for meeting established sales quotas in conformance with the annual budget through channel sales management activities.
β’ Maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services.
β’ Works with Management to determine the type and number of Distributors necessary to cover the assigned region.
β’ Maintains a constant awareness of markets, competitor activities and problems with assigned areas; recognizes market trends and takes corrective actions or makes appropriate recommendations, which may include recruiting new and terminating existing Distributors.
β’ Develops annual business plan with Distributors, which includes sales goals and market development activities.
