The Role:

As Regional Studio Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance and development of the club Studio Management team, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high service standards as the primary point of escalation. You will also play a key role in the ongoing development of the studio product, driving timetable performance, instructor quality, and operational standards across the group.

• Drive studio performance across all clubs, ensuring class occupancy, utilisation, and revenue targets are consistently achieved.
• Support the delivery of studio KPIs through strong operational management and data-led decision making.
