**Position Summary:**

Be one of our field experts, providing specialized service and support on the installation, integration, servicing, repair and troubleshooting of PDX systems portfolio, leveraging product knowledge and technical competency to enable our customers to improve multiple myeloma patient outcomes.

**A day in the life:**

+ Be part of a multidisciplinary global team that enables our customers to successfully complete their important clinical work on the EXENT® ProteinHub® and Optilite® systems.
+ The Regional System Specialist will ensure successful installation, system integration, validation, scheduled maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repair of the EXENT® system - MALDI TOF Mass Spec, automated MALDI plate preparation and associated software, integrating expertise on ProteinHub® and Optilite® systems.
