Intrepid Asia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Thailand or Malaysia. You will drive a high-quality recruitment process, collaborating with regional leaders to attract top talent across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

You will oversee 3-4 TA members and guide strategic hiring decisions. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while building strong talent pipelines and reporting on recruitment metrics.
