The Regional Technical Leader is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the technical and maintenance team resources across multiple sites. This role is responsible for growth enablement, business retention, and eliminating losses by building maintenance and technical capability in the regions. This will be done by continuously improving and delivering training to operators and maintenance personnel on production equipment from introductory level to advanced level as designed in the Blow Mold Operator and Maintenance training programs.

The Regional Technical Leader ensures the effective operation of all blow molding equipment, including but not limited to Uniloy, Bekum, Rocheleau, and others by taking ownership, finding solutions, overcoming obstacles, and delivering results with integrity and accountability. This positi...
