Therapy Resource

We are looking to add to our growing team! Therapy Resources in our company serve as regional clinical and operational leaders who support therapy services across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role partners closely with facility leadership, including Administrators and Directors of Rehabilitation, amongst other department heads, to drive clinical excellence, optimize operational performance, and ensure the successful implementation of therapy programs.

The Therapy Resource is responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, supporting labor and productivity management, staffing, and promoting evidence-based clinical programs.
