Job Scope - Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across Asia and Oceania markets.
- Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking and market analysis using external survey data and reward reports.
- Assist in annual salary review cycles, including data validation, salary proposal preparation and reporting.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure consistent application of reward policies and processes across multiple countries.
- Maintain and analyse compensation data using Excel and HR systems to support decision making and reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, support new initiatives and contribute to regional projects as assigned.
