The Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based out of Mumbai and will lead training delivery across multiple branches in the assigned region. The role is responsible for strengthening employee capability through functional, behavioural, and digital learning interventions. The position requires strong facilitation skills (classroom and virtual), content creation capability, and proven experience within the financial services industry .
