What You’ll Be Doing

What will your essential responsibilities include

• Participate with the APAC & Europe Head of Motor and Global CUO in developing and maintaining underwriting processes and guidelines.
• Perform underwriting reviews, quality controls, SOA reviews, and other governance activities to support local offices’ business.
• Facilitate regular meetings to share knowledge and best practices between local offices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support and coordinate the implementation of Motor Data Quality culture across Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control, and Middle Office.
• Collaborate with the Head of Motor to achieve SMART appetite and segmentation, deliberate portfolio construction, and key profitable growth initiatives (e.g., expanding into new segments and countries).
