**Description:**

**Position Summary**

Regional Vice President (RVP) – Growth, India & SWA will be responsible for driving Hyatt’s strategic development and expansion plans across the India & SWA region. This role will drive the identification, negotiation, and execution of new hotel opportunities, including management agreements, franchise signings, conversions, and strategic partnerships, to strengthen Hyatt’s presence and market share across key markets within India & SWA.

Reporting to the Vice President – Growth, India & SWA, the role will collaborate closely with regional leadership, country representatives, and cross-functional teams across operations, finance, feasibility, legal, design services, commercial services, and human resources to ensure disciplined and sustainable growth aligned with Hyatt’s long-term strategic priorities and brand positioning.
