General Statement of Duties
This position works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral interventions and support to students attending a public separate special education program in grades PreK-12 who exhibit challenging behaviors. The RBT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed to improve students' social, communication, and academic skills within the school environment.
