This role requires a dedicated Dietitian to deliver initial and ongoing nutritional support for patients and their families. You will plan diets, maintain accurate patient records, and provide dietary guidance. As a member of the Developmental and Rehabilitation team, you will teach healthcare professionals and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer nutritional counseling to patients and families
