Job DescriptionAs a Registered Dietitian working in the community, you will provide in home and virtual care for an adult population that may suffer from chronic health conditions and be medically fragile. You will utilize your expertise in supporting clients with nutrition counselling, meal planning, diet assessments including medication interaction, assist with management of chronic diseases, develop treatment plans, ensure safe swallowing and alternative feeding methods, connect them with appropriate community resources and provide general education.
