We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and evaluate high-quality programs for children, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and developmentally enriching. You’ll work in alignment with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), MCSS standards, and our Club’s mission to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Purpose

You will develop, promote, implement, supervise, support, and evaluate early years programs that meet the needs of children aged 18 months – 4 years of age. Your work will directly contribute to the healthy cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of our youngest learners, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
