Position Overview

  Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) – Acute Care 
  Location: Redditch  
  Pay Rates: 
 Day: £17.20 – £29.00 per hour
 Night/Saturday: £23.00 – £37.92 per hour
  About the Role:  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for providing high-quality patient care in an acute setting. The ideal candidate will possess robust safety intervention training and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, incorporating risk assessments and engagement plans.
 Provide comprehensive care that is understandable and accessible to the patient.
 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
