Position Overview

The South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County is hiring six (6) nursing positions for the day hospital/home hospital. The positions will commence on 1 October 2026 or as mutually agreed.

• Alavus Day/Home Hospital – 1 position
• Alajärvi Day/Home Hospital – 1 position
• Kauhajoki Day/Home Hospital – 2 positions
• Kurikka Day/Home Hospital – 1 position
• Seinäjoki Day/Home Hospital – 1 position

Key Responsibilities

• Reception duties and admission of patients.
• Provide hospital‑level care for patients every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Assess patient care needs and develop individual care plans.
• Implement care in multidisciplinary collaboration with actors, patients, and relatives.
