+ The Cardiac Rehabilitation RN serves as role model of cardiovascular health. They communicate regularly to the surrounding community increasing awareness of the prevention and treatment of heart disease.

+ Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with rehab team members about individual patient findings or concerns about program improvement issues.
