Connect with patients as a Registered Nurse at Providence Transitional Care Centre. Deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care in this temporary full-time role for up to 12 months.
This position requires an active license from the College of Nurses of Ontario and involvement in patient assessments, planning, and executing care protocols. Work alongside an inter-professional team to enhance the quality of life of patients with both physical and emotional needs.
