Overview:

Performs a number of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and practice. Advances treatment and care of oncology patients utilizing national clinical practice standards.

Responsibilities: 1. Delivers care in multiple complex situations, providing assessment of patients biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial and education needs as related to cancer diagnosis and other comorbidities.2. Proactive member of multidisciplinary team ensuring cohesive delivery of care and treatment plans.3. Advocate and advisor to patients and family regarding cancer journey.
