This position is part of the Primary Care Alberta (PCA) South Public Health Nursing department and is located at or out of Brooks public health. The Public Health Nurse (PHN) is an integral member of the PCA Public Health (PH) team, delivering integrated, strength-based, family-centered public health services in clinic and outreach settings. This role supports the South PH program and other public health initiatives, providing holistic care to individuals, families, groups, and communities with a focus on diversity and the social determinants of health.
