We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager who is required to be cross-trained across all units to provide support as needed. Acute Care experience is essential for this role.

• RN License


• BLS Certification


• 5 years of experience in a relevant field


• CCM/ACM Certification

Variable start times between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. The position requires working every other weekend and the ability to float to various units as needed.
