About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a RN with an interest in clinical research to join the RCTS Clinical Trials Unit, at Palmerston North Hospital covering the disciplines of Radiation Oncology, Clinical Haematology and Medical Oncology.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in the cancer treatment development process through Clinical Trials. The role will involve patient recruitment to Clinical Trials, staff and patient education, patient assessments, investigations, clinical nursing, administering investigational drugs (including chemotherapy) or treatment modalities, data collection and reporting as well and ongoing study coordination of the Clinical Trials.
