Job Summary:
Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a high-volume, fast-paced Emergency Room setting. Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival to determine acuity and priority.
• Implement emergency treatment protocols following established guidelines.
• Administer medications and IV therapies with precision and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with certification, licensure, and hospital policies.
