We are looking for a nurse for the Oma Häme Lehtimaja residential care unit on a permanent basis. Join us in doing meaningful work supporting the well‑being and safe care of the elderly.

About the Facility

Lehtimaja is a 42‑place long‑term residential care unit for the elderly located in Hausjärvi. The unit operates in four smaller sections, each with its own nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ well‑being and manage medication.
• Support daily care and collaborate with doctors and relatives.
• Collect samples, perform wound care and participate in multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Collaborate in developing unit operations with the unit manager, nurse team coordinator and other team members.
