Overview

We are seeking a registered nurse for a fixed‑term position at Haapaniemi Youth Home, starting immediately and ending August 30, 2026. The home is a long‑term child protection unit for youths aged 12‑17. The nurse works as part of a multidisciplinary team, participating in care, upbringing, and health promotion of the youths, and is responsible for medication administration and health‑care collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Independent work with youths and families.
• Health assessments and service guidance.
• Collaboration with network partners.
• Cooperation with mental‑health, substance‑abuse, and other life‑management services.
• Participation in three shifts per day.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a valid license.
• Interest and willingness to work with youths and their families.
• Experience in child protection or work with children and youths is appreciated.
