0.8 FTE, fully rostered. Fixed term parental leave cover at Waitakere Hospital Huia Ward – a 20‑bed acute unit meeting the needs of patients presenting with a range of acute cardiology and medical conditions.

Specific cardiology experience such as telemetry monitoring is ideal, but a desire to learn and develop cardiology knowledge and skills is most important.

Qualifications

• New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Minimum of 2years post‑registration acute experience as a RN in NewZealand.
• Recent experience within cardiology.
• Confident communicator and natural problem solver.
