**Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery, part-time, nights**

+ **Location:** Platte Valley Hospital
+ **Status:** Part-time, 24 hours per week
+ **Shift:** Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

**Role Overview**

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The RN applies the nursing process through the use of technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practice, and coordination with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, social, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and communication needs
+ Gather and evaluate information from patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
