RN Navigator for incoming breast care referrals and procedural referrals. Duties to include chart compilation, triage/prioritizing referrals, medication review, lab reviews. Works directly with referral specialists for better patient throughput in our Breast Care and General Surgery offices. Spanning Liverpool and Fayetteville. Potential for hybrid for the right candidate.
