Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns in a Level III and/or Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Ensure patient safety, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal neonatal care.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients' conditions continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions in the EMR system.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life support procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Comply with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state nursing license (State Licensure Required).
• Have at least 2 years of NICU experience.
