Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams. The RN supports patients and families through complex treatment regimens, ensuring compassionate, safe, and evidence-based care in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and supportive therapies.Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately.Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes acc...
