Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (OR Days) provides direct perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical patient journey. The role supports safe, evidence-based practice in the operating room by collaborating with the surgical team and maintaining required clinical standards.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver perioperative nursing care before, during, and after procedures in the operating room
• Prepare patients for surgery by performing assessments and verifying clinical readiness
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure accurate setup, instruments, and supplies for cases
• Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative and immediate postoperative changes
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to support efficient case flow
• Adhere to infection prevention, documentation, and safety protocols throughout each shift
