Position: Registered Nurse (Part-time)

Outreach is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our outpatient facility. The RN assesses health related needs of the clients by monitoring ongoing health and wellbeing. The RN directly provides and/or coordinates health services and health-related activities for clients. The nurse provides on call nursing for times when we do not have a nurse on site and serves as the health care coordinator.


Essential Duties:

+ Conduct assessments of substance abusers and family members to determine appropriateness for participation in treatment, need for physical exam or other medical services.

+ Follows up on any health-related referrals made.
