Charting System: Epic

Travel Experience Required: Yes

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), NIHSS*, ONS/ONCC

UST have exp with Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias.

Staffing Ratios: Goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5

Weekends: Variable based on unit needs

Float Required: Yes [Note: to other MedSurg Oncology units]

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
