**Position Summary**

Under the direction of the Transplant Program Medical Director and Senior Nurse Practitioner, the Registered Nurse – Pre-Lung Transplant Coordinator serves as a specialized clinician and patient advocate responsible for managing the full pre-transplant continuum of care for lung transplant candidates.
