Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the nursing team during evening shifts
+ Ensure effective communication and collaboration among nursing staff, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services
+ Maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in quality improvement activities
