The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing patient care operations during assigned shifts while also providing direct nursing care.

This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage staff and patient flow in a Med Surg unit.
