**JOB SUMMARY**

Provides safe, competent care for persons with wound, skin and ostomy needs. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates treatment of wound, skin and ostomy patients in collaboration with the healthcare team . Facilitates education/training, planning, organization, and implementation within the hospital. Acts as a resource for hospital staff regarding wound/skin/ostomy care.
