Position Overview
Elevate resident care as a Registered Nurse in our long-term care facility, focusing on supervision and nursing standards. Monitor health conditions and guide your nursing team effectively.
This position involves assessing residents and developing individualized care plans while ensuring compliance with nursing principles. You will lead nursing personnel, provide training, evaluate performance, and assist in administrative duties concerning resident care. Additionally, take charge in the absence of the Director of Care and manage staffing replacements as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement care plans based on resident assessments
• Evaluate nursing staff performance and training
• Assist with RAI MDS preparations for the facility
• Supervise nursing staff in daily operations
• Act as charge nurse when required
