RegOps L3 Support Simplified Job Description
This role provides L3 support for trading and regulatory applications within a banking environment. You will work closely with trading, compliance, risk, and IT teams to operate, troubleshoot, and enhance existing trading systems.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong Linux experience (command line, file operations, shell scripting).
- Hands on L3 production support in a financial services or banking environment.
- Working SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data.
Preferred skills:
- Scripting skills (Python or shell) for automation and operational tasks.
- Experience with job schedulers (cron, Autosys, Control M, etc.).
- Familiarity with release and deployment tools (Rundeck, Ansible).
- Good communication and incident management skills.
