**Salary:** $130,000 – $150,000

**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join a growing team supporting regulatory compliance across the U.S. and Canada. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet all regulatory requirements within the food & beverage, pet food, nutraceutical, and biotechnology sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Ensure compliance of all products sold in the U.S. and Canada with applicable regulatory requirements
+ Monitor, track, and communicate current and emerging regulations impacting the business
+ Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including compliance conformity documents and SDS
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, labeling, allergens, GMO, organic certifications, and regulatory status
