Regulatory Reporting Data Analyst

At ING we are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Data Analyst to join our Financial and Regulatory Reporting Team. The role involves delivering external financial and regulatory reporting data to the Bank of Spain and Head Office, answering ad‑hoc data requests, maintaining day‑to‑day relationships and driving continuous improvements in reporting processes and data quality.

Your key responsibilities

• Understand the end‑to‑end Finance processes, data model and architecture, including inter‑dependencies with other domains.
• Keep ongoing development and technical refinement of the data requirements to ensure ING meets regulator reporting requirements.
• Implement improvement actions during data processing to optimize flow and meet tight deadlines.
