Our Client is looking for experienced exercise trainer to design and implement fitness programs for individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities - Evaluate clients’ current fitness status, capabilities, and any limitations through assessments and consultations.
- Develop and deliver tailored training plans aimed at enhancing strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
- Modify exercises and equipment usage to suit individual requirements, including those with physical, sensory, or cognitive needs.
- Partner with healthcare professionals, clients, and caregivers to ensure fitness plans are aligned with rehabilitation or therapeutic goals.
