Rehabilitation Manager - Broomfield, CO

Position Overview

BAYADA is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to support our Denver North Visits office in Broomfield, CO. This role is designed for a licensed therapist who is passionate about leading clinicians, supporting outstanding client outcomes, and helping office and field teams deliver care the BAYADA Way.

In this role, the Rehabilitation Manager leads field staff with a focus on client service, clinical excellence, quality, and adherence to policies and procedures. The position is accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development, and regulatory compliance as it relates to rehabilitation therapies.

This is an exempt office-based leadership position that partners closely with the Director and Clinical Manager to ensure cohesive, high-quality support of rehabilitation services across the office.

Salary: up to $105k plus performance-based incentives
