You’ll be the driving force behind life-changing outcomes, working 1:1 with clients to support their recovery and return to work. The role will offer a diverse portfolio of services including:

• Case management
• Injury Triage
• Pre-Employment Medicals

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Empowering clients through tailored Rehabilitation Case Management
• Conducting Functional & Worksite Assessments
• Performing ADL Assessments, Job Task Analysis’ and Ergonomic Assessments
• Collaborating with employers and health professionals to create positive outcomes
