Job Description

The Account Manager for IDEAL will serve as the sole dedicated point person responsible for managing and growing relationships with partner banks in the home loan sector. This role covers all aspects of bank partnership management, including pitching, negotiations, operational coordination, performance monitoring, and identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration. As the only Account Manager dedicated to bank partnerships, this position is highly critical and high-impact. You will act as the primary liaison between IDEAL and our partner banks, ensuring strong engagement, smooth operational alignment, and sustained growth in loan volume and partnership performance.
