Position Overview
Manage assigned bank branches and build strong relationships with bank staff.
Generate life insurance business through customer referrals from the bank.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring quality customer service.
Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to maximize business opportunities.
Ensure timely documentation, policy issuance, and after-sales support.
Eligibility:
Graduation mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of Life Insurance/BFSI/Sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel between assigned bank branches.
