Role Summary

The Head of Relationship Management & Credit is responsible for leading the organization's corporate lending, relationship management, and investment banking businesses. The role drives business growth, oversees portfolio quality and credit risk, and provides strategic leadership in structuring financing solutions and advisory transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards

Business Development & Relationship Management

• Lead client acquisition and relationship strategies across corporate, commercial, and institutional segments
• Drive origination of lending and investment banking opportunities
• Build long-term client partnerships and identify cross-selling opportunities
